A modern way to manage your mosque
Ahsan is mosque management software your board can trust. It puts donations, members and the weekend school in one place, with the controls a board expects: two people sign every Friday count, the records belong to the mosque, and every household's year-end statement is ready in January.
The demo opens a sample mosque in your browser, with nothing to sign up for.
Friday collection
Count sheet, by fund| Fund | Amount |
|---|---|
| General fund | $1,575.00 |
| Building fund | $546.00 |
| Food pantry | $662.00 |
| Total | $2,783.00 |

- Counted again and signed by Sana M., 1:51 PM
Locked. A change now needs a reason, and the old amount stays on record.
A sample count, the way Ahsan runs every Friday collection.
A new approach to running your mosque office
Built for the people who run it. Everyone signs in to the screens their job needs, and nothing more.
The board and president
- Giving by fund this month, compared with the same days last year
- Board elections with secret ballots and a certified result
- Every list can be exported, and every download is logged
The treasurer
- Every Friday count signed by two people and locked
- Every donation in the right fund, with a numbered receipt
- Each household's year-end statement, ready to print
The office administrator
- Households and members in one searchable list
- Hall bookings, with double bookings caught before approval
- One announcement for the prayer-hall screen and the public page
The weekend school principal
- Registrations approved from one list
- Attendance taken in one tap per student
- Fee reminders to every family that owes, in one click
For treasurers and boards
Every Friday count is signed by two people, then locked
One person counts the cash and checks by fund and signs. A second person counts again and signs. After that, a figure can only change with a written reason, and the original amount stays on record. It protects the money and the volunteers who count it.
- Counts by fund, matched to the bank deposit
- Both signatures, each with its time
- A history of every correction and its reason
For treasurers
Year-end giving statements, ready in January
Every donation is recorded by date and fund through the year, so each household's statement is ready the day people ask for it: one page each, with every gift listed.
- The "no goods or services" line US donors need
- Gifts grouped by fund
- Ready to print, one household or all of them
For boards
Your records stay with the mosque, not on a volunteer's laptop
Households, members, gifts and students live in one back office that the mosque controls. When a volunteer steps down, nothing leaves with them.
- Export every list as a spreadsheet, at any time
- Children's records limited to the people named for them
- An activity log of who changed what

Questions from boards and treasurers
Something else? The demo answers most questions in a few minutes.
What is Ahsan?
Ahsan is mosque management software, or masjid management software, as many communities call it. It keeps a mosque's donations and Friday counts, year-end statements, weekend school, members and board elections, hall bookings and volunteers, and its public page and prayer-hall screen in one back office.
Who is it for?
The people who run the mosque's office: the board and president, the treasurer, the executive director or office administrator, and the weekend school principal. Volunteers and teachers get simple screens for the jobs they do each week.
When can a mosque start?
Accounts open on Sunday, November 15, 2026. Founding Mosques are set up first, with help moving their records in.
How much does it cost?
Pricing isn't set yet. Founding Mosques get a founding rate, agreed with each mosque before anything is signed. The demo is free for anyone to try.
Can we move our existing records into Ahsan?
Yes. Founding Mosques get free help moving their member list, past gifts and school records from spreadsheets or another system.
Who can see the mosque's data?
Only the people the mosque gives a role to, and each one sees only what that role needs. Children's records are limited to the people named for them, every download of a list is logged, and the mosque can export everything at any time. We never show ads or sell data.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The everyday jobs are built for phones, and the full back office works in any web browser.
Is online giving live?
Not yet. In the demo, payments are test payments and no card is charged. When online giving opens, card payments go straight to the mosque's own Stripe account, and Ahsan never holds the money.
